2 Weeks Down
First off, happy birthday to my Chlorophyll Companion, my Salad Bar Sidekick, the Rasputin of Ruffage, Mr. VeggieOverlord.


Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks since I started a light exercise routine, consisting of the following:
- Wake up between 2 and 4AM
- Easy stretching of my legs and back for 40-60 minutes
- A walk around the neighbourhood, I'm guessing anywhere from 1.5 to 3km
- And/or 20-40 minutes on the stationary bike
- Maybe a little more stretching
I wasn't aiming to start in the New Year's timeframe. (Early New Year's Eve, specifically.) Just kinda happened that way. I've been doing the same sort of thing on and off (mostly off) for the past year, but I figure I should keep at it this time.
So far, I don't feel especially great. Mostly sore. Between my hip, knees, back, and various other half-atrophied muscles, my crackling corpse isn't taking to things terribly well.
Once I hit February, I'll see about pushing the pace a little more, and working on the diet, as long as I don't feel totally broken.
